So funny! It is scary when they go off with their guns for the first time, even BB guns.
It took a lot of courage for you to share this!
Oh, my dear, Roxanna, how scary for you & Eric!!! Thank the Lord, that Kendrick did mention the scorpions. And, yes, I agree with you on all you said. So many abused children out there and nothing reported or done and your little guy so loved and well cared for and for this to happen. Seems to me that the ones reporting this and who work with Kendrick, would have realized about his vivid imagination and his amazing storytelling ability. This annoys me to no end that this can happen to perfectly innocent people and to think what the outcome might have been!
This is my sixth time to your article, I love it every time!

Dear Eric, This is the first time that this website has come up when I did a Wrayton search. I do want to express my appreciation for the work that you are doing to preserve Aggie's Light and the island. My grandmother was Agnes Elizabeth Wrayton McDonnell (1859-1847) and was the 9th of 11 children of Michael and Marie Wrayton. I believe the lighthouse is named after her. My family visited "Emerald Isle" in 2007 as well as the Chapel Hill museum on an earlier trip. (One small correction, Michael Barrett Wrayton (born 1844) was a son of Michael and Maria and would not likely have purchased the Island. Michael Sr. did around 1860 - as far as I read). I still do Wrayton family history and have found many descendants of Michael (1809-1879) but have been stymied to find his origins in Ireland. My best regards to you and your group. Wray McD.
